HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

Shipping is dependent upon your location. Sweet Tooth is located in the United Kingdom, and as such all orders outside of the United Kingdom and Europe are subject to customs clearance. Typically you can expect your item within 7-10 working days, However should you be outside of Europe and you do not receive your item within 20 days, Please contact us so we can resolve the issue. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have placed an order with full payment and we have not yet sent it out, you can cancel your order. Once the item has been sent, we are unable to cancel an order. We do not offer refunds, And we do not refund deposits. All deposits to secure an item are non-refundable. Please note that all sales are final. Only in the extent of a missing parcel will a refund be given.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

Yes. We do ship Worldwide. All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED, BUT IT IS THE WRONG ITEM! 

Human errors do occur so please contact us via email! Customer satisfaction is very important to us. So please express your concerns or problem via email and we will be quick to sort it out for you. If the item received is wrong in anyway we will either 100% refund you money or send you the proper product on our next shipment Monday. 

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP WHERE I CAN COLLECT MY ITEMS? 

No. We only operate online.
